The service
Crispost, run by [legal name, address and tax ID], turns the flyers and posts you upload into new designs with AI image models. The flyer check and three watermarked previews are free, with up to three free checks a day.
What you send us
- Only send what you have the right to use. If the flyer shows people, they must have agreed to it being sent.
- Your content stays yours. You let us use it only to make and deliver your design, as described in the privacy policy.
- We refuse content that is illegal, hateful, sexual, deceptive or copies other people's brands or work, and we may refuse any flyer.
The designs we deliver
- You may use them for any lawful purpose.
- They are made with AI and carry a digital provenance mark (C2PA). Don't remove it, and disclose that the content is AI-made wherever the law or the platform requires it.
- AI can get text wrong. Check names, dates and prices before you post.
Prices and payment
- Unlocking all three full-size designs for a flyer costs £4.99, including any applicable taxes. The price is shown before you pay.
- Flyers are digital files delivered straight away, so a payment can't be refunded once you've received them.
- Crispost is for businesses. If you buy as a consumer, you ask us to deliver your files straight away and agree that you lose the 14-day right to cancel once they are delivered.
Liability
As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Governing law
Portuguese law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection your own country's law gives you.
